If an order is cancelled by RetraLabs after successful payment because we are unable to fulfil it, an appropriate refund or alternative resolution may be provided in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Prepaid Orders Only

RetraLabs operates on a prepaid-only basis.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order enters the fulfilment process.

By completing payment, you confirm that the order details supplied at checkout are accurate.

8. Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed at the time the order is successfully placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

We may use third-party payment gateways or payment service providers to process transactions.

RetraLabs does not store complete card credentials where payment processing is handled by an external payment provider.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

Once payment has been successfully completed, an order cannot ordinarily be cancelled.

Refunds are generally not available for:

* Incorrect shipping details
* Customer refusal of delivery

Refunds may be considered where RetraLabs is unable to fulfil an order, where there is a verified payment or fulfilment error, or where a refund is required under applicable law.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery information provided by the customer during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

Delivery timelines provided on the website or by our shipping partners are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

RetraLabs is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, natural events, government restrictions, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Returned or Undelivered Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, incorrect PIN code, refusal of delivery, customer unavailability, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order will not automatically qualify for a refund.

Where re-shipment is available, additional shipping charges may apply.

12. Inspection on Delivery

Customers should inspect the outer packaging and product received as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If an order appears damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, the customer should contact RetraLabs promptly and provide appropriate photographs or other evidence.
